A message from Collision Service Center regarding COVID-19

Dear clients,

I am sure by now you’ve received several messages about Coronavirus (Corvid-19). With the spread of coronavirus across the country, we want to offer support as we know many of you are fearful. With the stay-at-home order that Governer Pritzker announced March 20th we are considered an essential business and will remain open. We are taking all the precautions to properly sanitize and clean our office multiple times a day and have adapted to the crisis to ensure the safest interaction with you, our customers. We ask if you are sick to please DO NOT come in.

We have implemented:

  • We are reducing the number of people visiting us by providing our customers with scheduled appointment times and alternatives for dropping off their vehicles.
  • Every vehicle gets sanitizing before repairs begin as well as after repairs have been completed.
  • Like everyone, we have taken extra precautions and we are sanitizing and cleaning our office multiple times a day.
  • We will be emailing the authorization forms to everyone in effort to minimize time spent in our office.
  • If you are more comfortable with no contact drop off/pick up we ask you call us and we will go over the details and steps.

Lets work together in this very difficult time. We appreciate our loyal customers who choose to support a family owned and operated business such as ours. In these times of uncertainty it is refreshing to see the support from everyone. To limit the amount of people in our office we are not be taking any walk ins at this time and ask that you please call ahead to make an appointment. For all estimates we ask that you call us when you are outside and our estimator will go outside and take all the necessary photos while you wait in your vehicle. We will then email you a copy of our estimate and call you to go over it with you. We thank you all for your understanding during this unprecedented time. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy. We are here to help in any way we can by calling or emailing us.

Monday thru Friday 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.
Saturdays closed until further notice
