New technologies used by auto
makers require hi-tech equipment and materials for complete and proper
repairs |
Unibody construction used
in today's automobiles offers many advantages over the old fashioned full
frame construction. Today's cars are lighter and safer due to the use of
high strength steel used in passenger compartments surrounded by components
of the vehicle that are designed to collapse in a controlled manner, absorbing
the impact of the collision. New features, such as ABS brakes, third brake
lights and air bags provide further the safety for occupants. Today's cars
are better looking due to the use of molded plastics, and parts that fit
better and resist corrosion better than in the past. Urethane clearcoat
finishes stay bright and shinny.
Collision Service Center recognized the need for training
and specialized equipment to keep abreast of this evolution with repairs
that would reinstate today's modern automobile to its pre-accident condition
in terms of safety, handling and appearance. The reason this portion of
this web site exists is to assure the viewer, CSC has what it takes
to make a complete and proper repair; and they can do it in a timely manner with out the need to send your vehicle "out" for mechanical
or frame repairs. What if a problem were ever to develop with the repairs?
